Hope the snow has all gone now and you're enjoying the warmer weather, soon be summer!

Two notes for your diary, firstly there will be a Cirneco dell'Etna seminar held in conjunction with the Hound Association's JDP seminars for other Hound breeds, to be held at the Kennel Club Buildings at Stoneleigh Showground on 27th February. The Cirneco will be featured at 9am and followed later by the seminar on the Pharaoh Hound. This makes for an interesting view of the two breeds and shows their many differences. If you are interested in coming along the cost is £15 for the Cirneco seminar and £8 for lunch. Contact the Hound Association secretary Mrs Shirley Rawlings at rawlings@btinternet.com for further information.

The talk on the breed will be given by Mr Domenic Tricomi, breed specialist and judge.

Second note for your diary is Crufts 7th March. Don't forget to visit the breed stand and also the judging ring in Hall 5 where the Import Register Hounds will be shown for the first time.

Kennel Foogle in Finland had their first litter of puppies in December from AgataDell'Ovo to Int. Fin. Ch. Anharbn Yellow River. 5 puppies, 2 female and 3 male were born. Good luck to all the new owners.

Also in Finland Lucky Del Borgo Di Pratica Anharbn started the year off with Best of Breed with CACIB at Turku under judge Rudi Brandt, congratulations Inka & Lucky.

Inca has also started competing in agility with Tosca and done extremely well with a third out of 36 competitors.
